3/16/2009 - 11th Grade Service Project to Help the Homeless

The 11th grade class of Eastside Preparatory School chose to focus their 2008 "Impact Project" on local and global homelessness.
Their efforts were prominently featured on website of the Habitat for Humanity of East King County.
As a part of their project, to gain more perspective of housing in their own backyard, the class participated in multiple Habitat for Humanity build days. On Wednesday, March 18th, 2009, they will be presenting their projects to the community at the Kirkland Performance Center. Doors open at 6:30pm and presentations begin at 7:15pm.
