Eastside Prep has many “firsts” each year and 2008-2009 has been no different with the formation of our first Upper School track team. Last night in Belfair, EPS continued it's dominance in the boys 110 high hurdles and 100 meter dash. 11th grader Tallon K. won both events with meters to spare! He also finished second in the long jump. 10th grader Electra K. also did well, finishing fourth in the long jump. Both students now qualify to move to the Tri-District finals in Shoreline on Saturday, May 23rd. Other EPS competitors, 11th grader Guyl P. and 10th grader, Zack F. put forth solid efforts in the 100m and 400m, respectfully.
We are so proud of these students as pioneers of our program, and we wish Tallon and Electra well in the district finals!
