Thirteen percent of our faculty and staff have earned PhDs, 64% have earned Masters degrees, and 23% have Bachelors degrees. We have written and produced plays, received awards for teaching, constructed housing in Costa Rica, lived and worked in Africa while serving in the Peace Corps, started and sold businesses, invented items on which we hold patents, started a theatre company, retired from Microsoft, lived in Spain, served in the military, coached basketball, won a championship in Ultimate Frisbee, lived and worked in Japan, composed music, directed a two-week musical theatre camp, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, ran a half-marathon after turning 40, and produced six infants within a two-year period of time.

We practice what we teach.

We make biodiesel fuel and we play music. We design things. We invent things using computers. We climb mountains, and run cross country. We write curriculum and we write plays.
