Before joining the EPS, she taught Spanish for twelve years: eight years as an Adjunct Instructor at Green River Community College and four years as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington. She is interested in incorporating short stories, drawings, music, games, crafts, and real-life objects into the classroom. One of her favorite activities is spending time with her son. She likes nature, and when the sun is shining, she loves to participate in it in some way.
