In an exciting plot twist, “Profe” switched from teaching Spanish to teaching yoga in fall 2023. She joined EPS in 2017 and after six years wanted a fresh challenge involving movement, SEL and reduced screen time.

A former collegiate athlete at the University of Michigan, Molly has been practicing yoga for over twenty years, mainly to prevent running injuries. She took her yoga practice to another level by completing a Yoga Alliance-approved teacher training at the University of Washington (200 hours). Her training was steeped in “vinyasa” methodology.

Molly loves languages and has been studying Spanish and Italian for most of her adult life. She lived in Madrid, Spain, for seven years and also lived in Mexico City. You can find her many mornings at Bala Yoga in Kirkland.

“The EPS community has a spirit that embraces innovation. I like to reflect upon and continually renew my teaching style and this is the place to do that.”
