Thank you for your interest in supporting Eastside Preparatory School.
Eastside Prep is a growing and thriving school that relies on the generosity of many who support our mission. Your donations are essential for enhancing and maintaining the many elements of our program that make EPS special – everything from academics to athletics, teachers to technology. Your gifts support the people and programs that make all of this possible.
Annual Fund
Our 2011-12 Annual Fund campaign is already under way. Annual Fund donations help bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost of educating students. These unrestricted funds are used to directly impact the success of each of our students. Maintaining small class sizes and keeping tuition competitive are made possible through these donations. Your contributions are also used where the school needs them most: financial aid assistance to those who qualify, off campus experiential learning opportunities, professional development – all components of the exceptional learning experience at EPS.
Each year we invite parents of students past and present, alumni, faculty, staff and friends to play an active role in the education of our students by contributing to the Annual Fund. Gifts of any size are appreciated. Your donations are essential to the annual operations and to the future of Eastside Prep.

Capital Campaign
With the future of our school and the students we serve in mind, Eastside Prep has embarked on an ambitious Capital Campaign. The funds raised will improve the campus and directly impact the daily lives of our students and the quality of the education they receive. The planned campus improvements will allow EPS to better serve our students, providing a higher quality of education now and in the future. A great deal of money has already been raised to begin the improvements, and the first phase of work (the acquisition and remodel of two new buildings) was completed over the summer of 2011. Our current focus is the construction of the EPS Commons, a new theatre, classroom and cafeteria space. Construction on the Commons has just begun and the project will be complete by the fall of 2012.
Your support of this Campaign supports the long term goals of Eastside Prep and provides facilities for current and future students.

Matching Funds
Matching funds are a great way to increase the value of your gift to EPS. Check with your employer to see if matching funds are available.
Volunteer Matching Funds
Some employers have programs (like Microsoft’s “dollars for doers”) that pay non-profits for the hours their employees volunteer at that non-profit. Eastside Prep is already enrolled on the Microsoft Volunteer Manager website, making it easy for employees to enter their hours and increase their support for EPS.
Eastside Prep and Amazon
Eastside Prep is pleased to be participating in the Amazon Associates program, which provides a rebate to Eastside Prep when purchases are made through our web portal at www.amazon.com/eastsideprep. Please note that purchases made from a billing address located outside of Washington State will not qualify for a rebate through this program.
Eastside Prep and Celebrated Chefs Dining Program
EPS has partnered with this unique program that is designed to raise money for non-profit organizations all year long. By enrolling any credit card you use when dining on business or pleasure, participating restaurants will automatically donate 5% of your dining bill to EPS. Enrolling is free and includes a free, beautiful Celebrated Chefs cookbook featuring signature recipes from participating restaurants. To support EPS in this way, please visit www.celebratedchefs.com.
EPS is a Washington non-profit corporation, exempt from federal tax and we do not receive any public funding. Your donations are tax deductible, subject to the limitations of your individual tax situation.
