Mehrane Mokdad holds a Master’s in Public Health & Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology. She has worked in various roles across the health, electronics, and other industries, but her true passion has always been education.  She has found her true calling in working with the schools, communities, and parents to advance the role of the school as a pillar of the community it supports, an enabler of social cohesion, empowerment through education, and a platform for building the leaders of tomorrow. Mehrane assumed several volunteering roles from room parent, auction co-chair, varied committee chair, several PA board member roles, and PA president in her in her children’s elementary school, to class representative at EPS. Her primary goal was to focus on community-building, promoting inclusion, and encouraging parent involvement.

Mehrane enjoys traveling, reading, health & fitness, learning about new cultures and people, and is a warm host who believes food is the great unifier of cultures. Mehrane and her family live in Washington State, and have lived in England, and the Middle East. Both of her children attend EPS, in the class of 2025 and the class 2027.
