7th Grade Bellingham (7th)

Bellingham is an iconic Pacific Northwest city known for its history, culture, and beautiful natural surroundings. We will explore the city and local environs and enjoy some mountain biking, activities at Western Washington University, and a cultural engagement with the local Lummi tribe. We will also tour the SPARK Museum and its hands-on science exhibits and see how exhibits at the Whatcom Historical Museum connect to our knowledge of NW history. Students will have time to explore the city, enjoy local restaurants, meet with civic leaders and EPS alumni, and immerse in several other fantastic opportunities still being confirmed by the grade planning team. Get ready to launch into Pacific fun at our city neighbor to the north.
