The Great EPS Cooking Show (MS/US – 7th-12th)

Join us to cook and bake virtually each day of EBC week with local chefs and bakers. The week will include a two day sourdough bread seminar, with the remaining days focused on cooking a different meal each day from around the world. We will explore the culture and culinary history for each dish together via guest speakers, group discussions, readings, and film. Hone your skills in the kitchen and increase your awareness of the source and rich background of the food you eat.
