In preparation for the search, the EPS Board of Trustees spent several months interviewing highly-qualified search consultants, ultimately retaining Carney, Sandoe & Associates to partner with us in the search process. Carney Sandoe is nationally and internationally recognized as a leader in recruiting heads and other senior administrators for independent schools. We are extremely fortunate that we will be represented by Robert Fricker, Karen Whitaker and Chaya Keefe.
