Gilbert Ragudos

Executive Chef

Gilbert is the Kitchen Manager in the Commons and brings to Eastside Prep years of experience in the restaurant industry. He joined EPS when the Food Services program was established in 2012. Prior to joining EPS, Gilbert was the kitchen manager at the Redhook Brewery. The opportunity for change and the chance to have his weekends to himself, something almost unheard of in the restaurant business, brought Gilbert to EPS.

In his spare time, Gilbert enjoys spending time with his siblings and nieces, watching sports, and cooking. He also tries to make it to the Philippines each year to see family and he’s in the midst of helping his mother build a retirement home there.
