Dining Services Director
Janine comes to Eastside Prep most recently from The HoneyBaked Ham Co. where she spent ten years as the Area Manager of the Seattle market. With over thirty years’ experience in management in the restaurant industry, she has a working knowledge of every position ranging from a hostess, restaurant design, new store openings, and everything in between. When the opportunity to join EPS presented itself, Janine expressed excitement at the prospect of using her “passion for food to help nourish the young minds of tomorrow as well as the faculty, staff, and parents who support them.”
“Growing up in a big Italian family, my entire life has centered around food. I can’t remember a time when there wasn’t sauce on the stove, “pickies” on the table, loud family conversations, and love in our hearts! It was these experiences that have made me into the foodie I am today.”
In her spare time, Janine enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, musical theatre, and watching the Seahawks!
