October Student-Parent-Teacher Conferences
Conferences will take place the week of October 19. Parents/guardians will sign-up for an eight-minute check-in (this provided a two-minute break between check-ins). It is not required, nor expected, to meet with every single teacher. Conferences are designed to address any concerns about performance in order to chart a course for the rest of Fall Trimester.
Conferences can occur on any day of this week. However, to facilitate the large number of these conferences, we have made the following schedule adjustments:
- Wednesday, October 21: half-day classes 8:30 AM to 11:15 AM; Designated Conference Time from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Thursday, October 22: half-day classes 8:30 AM to 11:15 AM; Designated Conference Time from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Friday, October 23: Conferences from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
This will necessitate these special class schedules in order to maintain the same class rotations:

- In anticipation of Conferences, Mid-Trimester Grades will be distributed on Monday, October 19 at 8:00 AM.
