Ginnah Oh

Mathematical Thinking

BBA in Management Information Systems, Baylor University

Before students even start solving problems, Ginnah believes they need to feel seen and valued—safe to take risks and try new things. She discovered her love for teaching while teaching in South Korea and has since worked in public schools in Texas, the United Nations International School in New York City, and both public and independent schools in Washington. She gets energized when curiosity is sparked, questions are asked, and different perspectives are shared—even in math! She works to create classrooms where students feel supported, heard, and confident to explore ideas together. Outside the classroom, Ginnah can often be found skiing down a mountain with her family, cheering at her daughter’s soccer games, or chasing her energetic puppy around with her son.
