Joseph is a Seattle native, born and raised. He has three kids and spends most of his time at their sporting events or hanging out playing video games or sports with them in his free time. He has been working professionally in kitchens for over 12 years, mostly working back of house as a cook/chef. He went back to school to get his culinary degree in 2022 at Renton Technical College. He enjoys playing basketball, swimming, and eating a good meal with friends and family. He is excited to get his journey started at Eastside Prep and contribute to the culture and community that shapes the youth we serve.
