MS Cross Country Coach
Katie started running when she was in college and hasn’t slowed down ever since. She specializes in distance coaching, having run multiple half marathons and one full marathon over the years. Her favorite race to run has been the Hood to Coast relay in Oregon. Katie focuses on coaching athletes both physically and mentally, incorporating sports psychology and mental health into every practice and meet. Her passion is encouraging every student athlete to challenge themselves, become their best, and feel proud of what they have achieved at the end of the season.
