Victoria’s background includes working as a school social worker across multiple school districts in Washington, as well as group facilitation work with Young Women Empowered and API Chaya. “Through these roles, I’ve developed a trauma-informed, healing-centered approach rooted in joy-centered practices and youth empowerment. I am deeply drawn to youth and education because I believe in the incredible power of community and mentoring to uplift young people, guiding them gently toward becoming confident, compassionate leaders who can shape their futures.”
