Welcome to EPS Insightful Questions, a podcast produced by EPS—your monthly gateway into the vibrant world of education through the lens of the Eastside Prep community. In our second season, Head of School Sam Uzwack speaks with members of the EPS community to explore how Leading Compassionately and Empathetic Dialogue shape their experiences—in the classroom, on the field, or behind the scenes.

For this final episode of Insightful Questions in 2024-25, Head of School Sam Uzwack is joined by four EPS students (seniors Addie and Anvika and eighth-graders Axel and Solena) to discuss their perspectives on compassionate leadership. As Addie notes, “What stands out to me about leading compassionately is really listening compassionately.”
