Jeff’s professional journey began at Washington Mutual Bank when it was still a small, tight-knit organization. Over the years, he rose from Management Trainee to Vice President as the company grew to over 55,000 employees, gaining invaluable experience in leadership and growth along the way. He later co-founded the Legacy Group, serving as Vice President and Director of Corporate Development, where he oversaw Facilities, IT, Marketing, and Human Resources.

Today, Jeff brings that same blend of leadership, adaptability, and care to Eastside Prep as the school’s Campus Ambassador. A long-time community member, as a parent to three alums and one current student, and a former trustee. Jeff offers deep institutional knowledge and an authentic connection to the school’s values. Whether he’s welcoming prospective families, smoothing daily operations, or offering a calm presence during challenging moments, Jeff ensures everyone on campus feels supported, seen, and at home.

His role is equal parts logistics and emotional intelligence, and his impact is often quiet, unlike him, but always deeply felt. Jeff is proud to be the first impression for visitors and a steady presence for students, families, and staff throughout the day.
