
A. Isoo (’32) was awarded with honorable mention in the Viola Solo category at the Performing Arts Festival of the Eastside (PAFE) music competition.
B. Advait (’31) earned second place at the Washington State Science and Engineering Fair, including the Environmental Research Special Award for his AI-powered intelligent waste sorting system.
C. Matthew (’31) competed at the WA State Chess Championship in Tacoma, winning three out of five games.
D. Matteo (’31) – Competed in the PNW Regional Qualifiers with his water polo team, earning a bid to the Junior Olympics where they placed 24th in the nation.
E. Shoshana (’30) was a finalist in the “River of Words” National Art Competition for her piece titled “Words, Just Words.”
F. Eunsoo (’30) received first place in the Solo Woodwinds division for flute at the Performing Arts Festival of the Eastside (PAFE) music competition.
G. Jonathan (’30) received first place at the Washington Youth Fencing Competition in the twelve-year-old age group and placed 40th at the Summer Nationals.
H. Ziyi (’30) performed piano at the National Federation of Music Clubs competition in March 2025 and earned Superior+ ranking.
I. Annicka (’26) and Meilene (’27) received the Perfect Score Award at the international miRcore GIDAS (Genes In Diseases And Symptoms) conference for their research poster on Parkinson’s Disease titled “Aminoacyl-tRNA Synthetases in Wnt Stimulated hNPCs.”
J. Selin (’26) has trained with the Seattle Badminton Club competition team and has risen to the Gold Level, including mentoring other players and helping them build confidence on the court.
K. Vehd (’26), Dylan (’25), Rishi (’26), Jesse (’25), Vedant (’26), Jian (’26), Adam (’27), Andy (’27), Kounish (’26), and Ananya (’26) competed with Team Coral Crusaders at the Marine Advanced Technology (MATE) ROV Competition and won first place in the Pacific Northwest region, qualifying for World Championships in June 2025.
L. Hailey (’25) dances for Body Language Studio and earned a Judge’s Choice Award for Stunning Strength at the 2023 national Spotlight Dance Cup. She also performed with her team at Disneyland in August 2025.
M. Soren and Saina (both ’25) earned first place in the Biomedical Engineering Category at the Washington State Science and Engineering Fair for their project titled “Target-Directed MicroRNA Degradation (TDMD) to Knockdown MicroRNA Families for Enhanced Tumor Modulation.”
