Initially, Sarah was nervous about her entry into a school setting for employment. She quickly learned that it was the best decision she has ever made – pertaining to employment choices. Her experiences with staff, faculty and students have been so positive and integral to her own personal growth. She feels like she has found a “home” that fills her with joy and feelings of fulfillment. She moved to the Seattle area from Tacoma three years ago to finally commit to a consumer minimalist lifestyle. She got rid of her car and found a comfortable living space for herself and her two fur children – Schrödinger and Lumen – and the rest is history. As a dancer herself, Sarah fell in love with the various arts communities in Seattle and discovered her passion for arial arts such as aerial Lyra Hoop and Silks. Her inner child has never been happier. She also enjoys reading, writing, video games, and weight training at the gym.
