Community is at the heart of Eastside Prep’s mission. At EPS, learning goes beyond academics—it’s about building meaningful relationships and fostering a deep sense of belonging. The school emphasizes collaboration, mutual respect, and personal growth, creating a supportive environment for students, faculty, staff, and families alike.

From day one, students are welcomed into a culture that values curiosity, responsibility, and connection. Teachers and advisors take a personalized approach, building strong relationships that help students thrive. Families, too, are essential partners in the EPS experience, contributing to a vibrant and engaged community through volunteering, events, and open dialogue.

The upcoming all-community barbecue is a perfect example of this culture in action. It’s more than a casual get-together—it’s a celebration of togetherness and joy and of the relationships that define EPS. Open to students, families, faculty, staff, alumni,and alumni families the barbecue offers a relaxed setting to connect, share stories, and enjoy the spirit of togetherness that makes EPS special.

For new families, it’s a warm welcome into the community. For returning members, it’s a chance to reconnect and reflect on the shared journey. In today’s fast-paced world, these moments of gathering are vital. They remind us that the strength of EPS lies not just in its programs, but in its people.

The all-community barbecue is a joyful reminder that at Eastside Prep, community isn’t just a value—it’s a lived experience that enriches every part of school life.

We warmly invite you to our Spring Community Barbecue, We are offering exciting kids’ activities like balloon art and face painting, engaging yard games, and plenty of fun surprises for all ages. Enjoy the delicious food and refreshing beverages while connecting with fellow community members in a welcoming and festive atmosphere.
