7:30 am – 8:30 am
Students may arrive at school as early as 7:30 am. Breakfast and tables for study are available in the Levinger-Poole Commons from 7:30 am until classes begin at 8:30 am. Locations for students to work independently will vary based on requirements made necessary by COVID 19. Students are considered tardy if they are not in class and ready to begin when classes start, so it’s a good idea for students to arrive with enough time to visit lockers and get organized for the day.
8:30 am – 3:00 pm
Students are expected to be prepared and in their first class promptly at 8:30 am. Students are dismissed from school at 3:00 pm.
3:15 pm –3:30 pm
Class ends each day at 3:00 pm. Faculty are available for consultation with students and parents until 3:30 pm. Students who do not have EPS after-school activities should depart campus or be picked up between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm. At 4:00 pm, all buildings on campus, except the After-School Study Hall area, will be locked and closed to students, unless the students are part of a club, sport or other group authorized to use space.
3:45 pm – 6:00 pm
Unless special programs and events are scheduled, the After-School Study Hall will be available until 6:00 pm. Students who do not respect the expectations in this space will lose the privilege of staying on campus. Loss of such privilege may be for a short period of time or the full year, at the discretion of the school administration.
Parents wishing to talk to a school representative between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm should call 425-229-3242. Parents calling about students on sports teams should contact the coach directly.
If on-campus assistance is necessary before classes or after classes (including access to buildings to retrieve belongings or an escort to cars after dark), please contact the school’s security guard at 425-625-6761.
