Executive Chef

Before joining EPS, Jacky owned and operated two restaurants for seven years. He has had extensive experiences working in the food industry, including roles as executive chef in well-established restaurants like Wild Ginger.

A native to Hong Kong, Jacky and his family have food as their love language. Jacky and his wife live in Bellevue with their two teenagers. In his spare time, he can be found cooking for family and friends, traveling and watching movies.
