Diploma and Program Information
Name information is needed for each senior for the following: graduation program, diploma and what will be called out on stage as seniors receive their diploma. The preference is to call every senior on stage by their formal name; first, middle (if applicable), and last. This format will be used as the default for the diploma and program unless another preference is noted.
