Parent CARE at EPS

EPS is proud to offer Parent CARE.  Parent CARE is a 10-week, science-based, social emotional curriculum for parents and guardians created by our former Director of Counseling and Learning Support and current Scholar in Residence, Dr. Kelly Moore. Parent CARE is learned in small cohorts of parents (kind of like our own advisory!) and covers topics like: how to care for ourselves when we are caring for others, how to work with difficult emotions (ours and our loved ones), how to deepen our sense of community and belonging and how to act from our deepest values rather than our greatest fears. It has been a wildly popular program at EPS and many years, we have had to cap attendance but because of our new format, we are able to offer can many small cohorts this year (thank you, EPS!).
