We recognize the mix of emotions being invited to the waitpool can bring. This page is designed to clearly outline what the waitpool means, what options are available to you, and how to move forward in a way that best supports your student. Our goal is to provide clarity, transparency, and reassurance as you consider your next steps.

What Steps Can We Take From Here?

We understand that being offered a place in the waitpool brings a new set of decisions for your family. You may be wondering, “Do we accept an offer from another school?” or “Do we wait to see if a space becomes available at EPS?” Both paths are valid, and we’re here to support you as you consider your options.

If you would like to remain in the waitpool and be considered should space open, the easiest way to let us know is by completing this form. You’re welcome to update your response as often as needed.

The form will offer three choices:

• We are not enrolled at another school and would like to enroll at EPS if given the opportunity.
• We are still interested in EPS but have enrolled at another school. We would be willing to communicate with that school and forfeit our deposit if given an opportunity to enroll at Eastside Prep.
• We are no longer interested in being in the waitpool. We have decided to enroll at another school and will not be making a change to enroll at Eastside Prep if offered.
