Welcome to Eastside Prep!

Join EPS faculty, staff, parents, and current students for a relaxed in‑person gathering featuring buffet‑style food and plenty of opportunities to connect. Enjoy patio games, tours, and casual conversation and maybe even meet a few future classmates.

All family members are welcome to attend. Please note that we won’t have programming designed for younger children, as this event is focused on conversation and connection for Upper School students and their parents and guardians.

If you’d like to swap the T‑shirt size from your acceptance box, you’re welcome to make an exchange during the event.

Students, we’re excited to welcome you into our classrooms! Class visits will be offered from Monday, February 23 through Friday, February 27. To help us coordinate with faculty and send you the information you’ll need for your visit, please let us know your class‑visit interests by 12:00 PM on Sunday, February 22. After that deadline, we may not be able to accommodate specific preferences.

Students visiting on Monday, February 23 will receive a confirmation email on Sunday evening. For visits on Tuesday, February 24 and later in the week, confirmation emails will be sent on Monday, February 23.

The day included: Two (2) class visits and a guided tour of campus with Student Ambassadors.

Guided Campus Tours

Self-Guided Campus Tour

You may enjoy the Self-Guided Tour from the comfort of home via the Self-Guided Tour website.

The campus will be open to Self-Guided Tours during the following hours:

• Monday – Friday after 4:00 pm
• All day on Saturdays and Sundays

Woohoo! We are thrilled! It’s time to submit your contract and enrollment deposit to secure your seat.

• Enrollment Decision and Tuition Agreement We need to hear from your family by 12:00 pm on Friday, February 27, 2026 to confirm your enrollment at EPS.
• Ravenna Hub Decision We would love to hear from you as soon as you’ve made your decision, which you can provide by selecting ‘I Accept’ beneath the Eastside Prep decision in Ravenna Hub.
• TADS Tuition Agreement (Enrollment Deposit) You will receive a tuition agreement email through the TADS system. By clicking on this form, you will review the enrollment contract, pay the enrollment deposit, make a payment plan selection, and select a tuition insurance option. Electronically signing the tuition agreement is necessary to confirm your student’s enrollment at EPS for 2025-2026. If students reside in two households, both parents/guardians have received a TADS tuition agreement to complete. Financial aid grants for all families with qualifying financial need have been applied to the tuition agreement — for more information on Financial Aid, please see ‘Tuition, Educational Expenses & Financial Aid’ in the ‘Additional Accepted Family Resources’ below.

We understand that our EPS community comes from different areas and transportation is a part of the decision process.

Bus Routes & Transportation Information: Transportation | Eastside Preparatory School

Carpool: Many families choose to carpool. When you provide the information which you wish to include in the EPS families directory, you will automatically be added to the carpool map (unless you wish to opt-out). Directory updates will be requested from you in the spring.

Public Transportation: Many Upper School students utilize King County Metro and Sound Transit buses from the South Kirkland Park and Ride just across NE 38th Place (a two-minute walk from campus).

We understand that investing in your student’s education can involve significant decisions. If there is anything we can do to help answer questions generated in your family’s decision-making process, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Families often have questions regarding how independent school education is funded or about what expenses beyond tuition are involved, so please read the Frequently Asked Questions for those details.

When will I find out if I qualified for Financial Aid? Financial Aid is available for families with qualifying need. If you applied for need-based aid for this coming year via Clarity, the financial aid grant is already applied to your tuition agreement in TADS (sent via email).
